Throughout her career, Lisa has led organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, leadership development, and capacity-building efforts that have strengthened organizations and developed high-performing leaders. She has also founded professional organizations, created state and regional leadership collaboratives, and developed leadership programs that drive long-term success.
Inspired by her leadership experience, Lisa founded ELITE Consulting and Coaching to help leaders and organizations strengthen leadership capacity, navigate change, and achieve meaningful results through strategic consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting.
Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CaPP Institute). She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN), one of the profession’s highest honors recognizing outstanding contributions to nursing leadership and healthcare.
